In the middle of this COVID-19 global pandemic
we all share something in common–feelings of social isolation, worry, and job insecurity. We all need mental health support, especially those who are susceptible to the most stress during this crisis: older people, those with chronic health conditions, children and teens, health care workers, and people grappling with mental health conditions, including substance use.
Building Bridges to Mental Wellness
This is why His Heart Foundation is continuing to serve those who are suffering. We recently heard from Jenny* who was in a deep depression when she reached out to us for help. She said: “I am so absolutely grateful for your referral to Trudy. She is an answer to prayer; I am deeply thankful for her support and encouragement during an extremely challenging time in my life. I feel closer to God’s love and rely more on my relationship with Jesus than I ever have before. “I am truly blessed to be able to work with Trudy and I will be eternally grateful for the referral that led me to her. This support has saved my life (not to be dramatic, but this is a factual statement) and has given me such renewed hope in God’s purpose and plan for me and my girls.”
YOU can Make a Difference!
With your help, people like Jenny can continue to receive the support they need when they are in crisis. During the months of April and May, we have an anonymous donor who will match dollar for dollar up to 49,999, and if we hit 50K or more, they will double every dollar! Are you ready to save a life in the middle of this global pandemic? Give today, and save a life a life tomorrow.
