Caring for the needs of others in a mental health crisis or on a daily basis can be a grueling task. Often the stresses and wear on the caregiver can be overlooked.
Knowing how, and where to obtain resources, information and help can be a lifeline to the caregiver. Meeting the needs of those giving care enables them to give higher levels of care without sacrificing their own mental wellbeing.
His Heart Foundation in partnership with Xchange Church has created a conference for the caregiver to help ease the burden and meet the need.
